Regulator and Valve Sizing Review

Tri-Pacific has engineers on staff that have been in the industry for decades and bring that knowledge into consideration. We represent Mooney, Sensus and Belgas Regulators, and Becker Control Valves. Our team assists with regulator and control valve sizing on distribution and transmission stations. We design for the system pressure and flow rates while considering maintenance, installation, and testing, which is often overlooked.

With the various equipment we represent, we have experts on staff that can assist with any situation. Covering the Natural Gas market from construction, distribution, and transmission projects. We will specify the entire part number of the required equipment to ensure that everything goes smoothly.

RNG/BioGas

Tri-Pacific has extensive experience working with the downstream Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) and Biogas projects. We represent several products lines involved in these projects and our team would be happy to assist in the design of these projects. Consolidated Analytical Systems (CAS) is our integrator that we work with to provide a turnkey solution. We have integrated analyzers, odorizers, Flow Computers, PLC/RTU’s, etc. and have the expertise to help decide what is and isn’t necessary.

Analytics

Gas Quality Measurement and Analytics is a critical part of our industry and can be very difficult to determine all the requirements. Our represented analyzers include SpectraSensors, ABB, Zegaz, and EnergyMedor. We accurately measure Moisture, CO2, O2, H2S using the SpectraSensors equipment, BTU with the ABB Natural Gas Chromatograph, Hydrocarbon and Moisture Dewpoint using the Zegaz Unit, and the EnergyMedor measures for Total Sulfur. Outside of the Analyzers we will provide recommendations for the Sampling and transportation of the sample as these are critical pieces of the puzzle. Poor Sampling provides poor measurement.
